Terms of Service - War Mode

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the War Mode application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

War Mode is a productivity and self-improvement application designed to help users track habits, complete missions, and monitor their progress. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App are available only through a paid subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: If you purchase a recurring subscription, payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free Trials: If your subscription includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Cancellations: You may manage or cancel your subscriptions directly in your Google Play Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's servers, databases, or leaderboards.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". Day One Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. Under no circumstances shall Day One Studio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
